How do I share my screen?

11 STEPS

1. The first step is to click on the Toggle Screenshare icon.

2. In the new window, you can share either by Tab....

3. By window....

4. Or the entire screen.

5. Select your screenshare preference.

6. If you would like to share your audio, make sure to select the toggle to Also share system audio after selecting your screenshare preference.

7. Click Share.

8. Your screenshare will now be visible to you and the other meeting participants.

9. To end your screenshare, you can either click on the Toggle screenshare icon on your video tile again....

10. Or you can click the Stop Sharing button at the bottom of your screen.
