How do I change my password?

1. Click your Avatar.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Enter your current Password.
3. Enter your new Password.
4. Confirm your new Password.
5. Click the Change Password button.

Here's a short walk through:

10 STEPS

1. To change your password, click on your Profile Picture in the top right-hand corner of your NexGen screen.

2. Select My Profile.

3. Select Change Password.

4. Enter your current password here

5. For the creation of your new password, you can either manually create your own new password here...

6. Or you can click here to automatically generate a new password. Make sure to copy your newly generated password for your records!

7. When you are ready, click Change Password to save your changes.

8. Once your password has been updated, you will receive a confirmation at the bottom of your NexGen screen.

9. You may now close your profile page by clicking here.
