35 STEPS

1. With NexGen, you can choose between two meeting views. Here is our default view.

2. In this view, you can move any video tile around by clicking and dragging it around.

3. You can also expand the size of any video tile by clicking the bottom right hand corner.

4. To reset your view, with your NexGen window focused, type the letter "V" on your keyboard.

5. This resets all video tiles back to their default sizes and positions.

6. In the toolbar for your video tile, you will find the mute and unmute button for your microphone.

7. As well as controls to turn on and off your camera.

8. To share your screen, click here.

9. In this view, your screenshare will appear here. Multiple people can share their screens simultaneously.

10. You can also use Picture in Picture mode by clicking this icon in any video tile.

11. To expand the tile into full screen mode, click this icon.

Click Toggle Full Screen

12. From full screen mode, click this icon to return to standard screen mode.

13. To raise your hand, click here.

14. This will display the Raised Hand icon over your video tile. This can be used to call attention to yourself during a large meeting without disrupting the conversation.

15. Additional settings can be accessed by clicking the 3 vertical dots in the right corner of your video tile.

16. Here you will find Device Settings, Backgrounds, and Reset View. Let's explore Device Settings first.

Click on Device Settings.

17. From Device Settings, you can change your audio and video devices. If you experience any audio or video issues, check here first to make sure you are using the correct device.

18. You can change your selections by clicking the dropdown menus here.

19. To close Device Settings, click here.

20. You can also access various virtual backgrounds for your video by clicking here.

21. From here, you can pick and choose from a variety of virtual backgrounds for your video here.

22. To close, click the Close button.

Click here to close the Backgrounds menu.

23. Reset View will reset your video tiles back to their default positions and sizes, similar to using the "V" key.

Click Reset View.

24. Next, we will look at our second way to view meetings using the Meeting View.

25. Meeting View allows you to completely focus on your meeting. In this view, you can still resize and move the video tiles around as in the previous view.

26. The meeting participants will appear on the left.

27. Screenshares will appear on the right side of the screen.

28. If multiple people are sharing screenshares, you can move between screenshares by clicking the arrows on either the left side....

29. ...Or the right side of the screen.

31. In Meeting view, space for participants and space for screenshares are separated by this line.

32. You can resize your viewing spaces for each by clicking and dragging on the line.

33. From your adjusted view, you can now arrange the video tiles of your participants to your liking.

34. To leave Meeting View, click Close.
